Here are two of my favourite hip flexor stretches. As we know, these are very troublesome and important muscles in the body, and they get tight very easily. The nature of our lives means we are sitting down most of the time, and our hip flexors are in a shortened position. This can cause a lot of pain, and consequently a lot of issues in many other areas of the body, back pain being the main complaint.
