Ok guys time for a little competition on Laurens Fitness. I know I have a ton of you out there that are a lot more creative than I am and it’s time to put you guys to the test.
I am currently writing a new ebook/ program about exercising at home.
It will include:
- Over 100 exercises you can do at home
- 30-50 workouts compiled for you of varying levels.
- Specialist workouts such as bum, upper body, lower body, knee pain, posture etc etc.
- 8 Week program for beginners, a beginner plus 4 week program, an 8 week advanced program, a 6 week fat loss program and some other specials.
It’s basically a complete workout at home guide, and the emphasis is that you don’t need any equipment. You can use any or all of the sections of the book depending on your needs.
I need a name for this book.
I need it to be catchy, stand out, not have been used before and portray the fact that it is an exercise at home program without any equipment.
