I wished I would have found this blog a year ago. Would have saved me a whole year of misery. After just a couple days of doing a few of these exercises, my chronic neck and shoulder pain is totally gone. All those physical therapists , MD’s and chiropractors and none of them recommended any of this?! Anyway thank you!

Hi Lauren, following an injury to my back and hips two years ago I have had severe pain and limited range of movement in my left hip. I had an MRI followed 5 weeks ago by a lumbar epidural for a painful bulging disc L5S1. The pain has resolved in my back thank goodness. However I have degeneration in both my hips and multiple other things according to the Mri. l started some of your exercises last Sunday for hips and already I feel an improvement( I am sick of taking medication) in stiffness pain and range of movement. I know its early days and may take some time but I know I am on the right path. Thankyou Lauren for making my situation a lot more hopeful and painless.
Tennis ball and strengthening the glutes worked have continued and added to the regimen. I almost never have the pain anymore and that is thanks to you. Almost a full year now time flies hope all is well with the knee
