I appreciate any topic in the fitness, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and nutrition area. It will be added as a normal article and will stay on the homepage until more articles are put up.
If your article is written well, has information my readers can use and adds quality to my site, then it will be accepted and posted without hesitation. I will refuse anything out of topic, bad grammar or something I blatantly disagree with (I get some dodgy weight loss articles with crazy diets and certainly doesn’t fit my site idea).
If you are unsure about your topic, send me the title or idea and I will give you a quick answer on whether you should go ahead or not. Your posts can be of any decent length, try to keep it to a minimum 300-400 words, anything higher is great. You can add as many links as you want, but be aware that the more links you put in, the more the benefit will be diluted.
